Arvind SmartSpaces Subsidiaries' Statutory Auditors Resign

Arvind SmartSpaces Ltd has announced the resignation of M/s. S R B C & Co LLP as the Statutory Auditors for its material subsidiary companies: Arvind Hebbal Homes Private Limited, Arvind Homes Private Limited, and Arvind SmartHomes Private Limited. The resignation is effective from August 7, 2026. The auditors cited completion of their 10-year tenure as per Section 139(2) of the Companies Act, 2013, as the reason for their resignation. They have completed the audit for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, and have issued their report. The company will file the necessary Form ADT-3 in due course.
