Arvind SmartSpaces to Develop a Mega Industrial Park in Ahmedabad with Top-line Potential of ~Rs. 1,350 Crore

Arvind SmartSpaces Ltd. has signed an agreement to develop a large industrial park in Ahmedabad, spanning approximately 440 acres with a top-line potential of ~Rs. 1,350 crore. This joint development project, located on NH47, Bavla-Bagodara Road, is envisaged to be one of the largest industrial parks in Gujarat. The project is strategically located, providing easy access to major cities and ports, and is close to the Dedicated Freight Corridor and the upcoming Dholera Special Investment Region. The proposed infrastructure includes a common effluent treatment plant, Zero Liquid Discharge, labor housing, executive housing, weight bridge, and logistics zones. This development is part of Arvind SmartSpaces' business strategy to diversify its product mix and expand its presence in the industrial park development market.
