This represents approximately 60% of the project's total inventory value, which has a topline potential of around ₹860 Cr. The project, located on Sarjapur Road, spans 4.7 acres and features around 375 premium residences with over 70% open spaces, incorporating extensive flora and amenities. The strong customer traction validates the company's market selection and strategy in the premium high-rise segment.
