Promoter Group Member, Shripal Shah, Acquires 26.09% Stake in Aryaman Capital Markets Ltd via Mahshri Enterprises Private Limited

Shripal Shah, a member of the Promoter Group, has acquired 26.09% stake in Aryaman Capital Markets Ltd through Mahshri Enterprises Private Limited, the Ultimate Promoter Holding Company. This acquisition was made by way of transmission from late Mrs. Roopa S. Shah, who was also part of the Promoter Group of the Ultimate Promoter Holding Company. The acquisition does not result in any change in control of the Ultimate Promoter Holding Company, the Promoter Holding Company, or the Target Company.
