Asahi India Glass Board Approves Q1 FY27 Results, AGM Date

Asahi India Glass Ltd. announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 5, 2026, approved the unaudited financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026. The board also approved convening the 41st Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 18, 2026, and decided to close the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books from September 12 to September 18, 2026. Additionally, the re-appointment of Mr. Masao Fukami as Whole Time Director and Dy. Managing Director - Technical & C.T.O. (Auto) for a second term was approved, subject to shareholder approval.
