Asahi India Glass Ltd. Subsidiary to Sell Entire Stake in Associate Company Under Par Sports Technologies

Asahi India Glass Ltd. has announced that its subsidiary, AIS Consumer Glass Solutions Limited (CG), has approved and entered into an agreement to sell its entire 34% stake in Under Par Sports Technologies Private Limited (Target Company), an Associate Company of CG and an Indirect Associate of Asahi India Glass Ltd. The sale will cease the Target Company's status as an Associate of CG and an Indirect Associate of Asahi India Glass Ltd. The transaction is expected to be completed by 31st March, 2026, with the consideration received from the sale of 1,70,000 equity shares of face value ₹10 each of the Target Company to Mr. Anitya Chand and Mr. Karanpreet Bindra.
