Asarfi Hospital Ltd Closes Trading Window for Designated Persons till April 2026

Asarfi Hospital Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for all designated persons and their immediate relatives, in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading. The trading window will remain closed from April 01, 2026, and will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting for consideration of the said Audited Financial Results will be intimated in due course.
