Ascensive Educare Adds Auditor Re-appointment to AGM Agenda

Ascensive Educare Limited has issued an addendum to its 14th Annual General Meeting (AGM) notice. The addendum incorporates an inadvertently omitted item of ordinary business: the re-appointment of M/s. GOYAL GOYAL & CO., Chartered Accountants, as Statutory Auditors and the fixing of their remuneration. This additional item, designated as Item No. 4, will be part of the e-voting process and the AGM proceedings. Revised proxy forms and poll papers have also been issued. All other aspects of the original AGM notice remain unchanged.
