Ashapuri Gold Ornament Ltd has announced October 23, 2026, as the cut-off/record date to determine eligibility for e-voting at its upcoming 18th Annual General Meeting (AGM). This measure is in compliance with Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013, and Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, as well as Regulation 44 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
