Ashiana Agro approves Audited Results for FY26

Ashiana Agro Industries Ltd's Board of Directors approved the Audited Balance Sheet as of March 31, 2026, and the Profit & Loss Accounts for the period ended on that date. The board also approved the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, and considered the Auditor’s Report issued by M/s. K.Gopal Rao & Co. Mr.A.Vijaya Sujanakar was re-appointed as the Internal Auditor for the Financial Year 2026-27.
