
Ashiana Housing Allocates ¥425 Crore for Senior Living Expansion in FY2025-26
Ashiana Housing Ltd. has announced a total outlay of ¥425 crore for its senior living segment during the financial year 2025-26. The allocation includes payments to landowners, construction and execution costs, and other project-related expenses. A significant portion of this outlay will be used to expand the company's senior living portfolio, with plans to enter the Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, and Delhi NCR markets. In the financial year 2024-25, the company incurred an outlay of ¥3213 crore towards senior living and recorded a booking value of ¥3382 crores. This year, Ashiana Housing aims to launch five new phases in existing senior living projects, amounting to approximately 5.71 lakh square feet of saleable area, and targeting a booking value of around ¥3450 crore. The senior living segment now accounts for over 30% of the company’s residential portfolio, with nine ongoing projects across Bhiwadi (NCR), Chennai, Jaipur, Pune, and Lavasa (Pune). The company is now planning to expand its footprint into Bengaluru and Mumbai.
