Ashiana Housing Books ₹130.37 Cr in June; Acquires Land for Largest Senior Living Project

Ashiana Housing Ltd reported operational performance for the month and quarter ended June 30, 2026. In June 2026, the company booked an area of 1.32 lakh sq. ft. valued at ₹130.37 Crores. For the first quarter of FY'27 (Q1 FY'27), total area booked was 3.61 lakh sq. ft. with a value of ₹357.80 Crores. Key highlights include the launch of 234 units across OMA Phase 1 and Phase 2, and the acquisition of 28.55 acres in Pune for its largest-ever senior living project, estimated to have a sales value potential of ₹1,800 Crores. Handover commenced for 'Ashiana Nitara' Phase-1 in Jaipur, while Amarah Phase 1 and Anmol Phase 3 delivery timelines were revised to Q2 FY'27.
