Ashiana Housing Q2 FY27 Bookings: 9.46 Lakh Sq Ft, ₹834.4 Cr Value

Ashiana Housing Ltd reported its performance for the month and quarter ended September 30, 2026. For Q2 FY27 (July-September 2026), the company recorded an Area Booked of 9.46 lakhs sq. ft. with a corresponding Value of Area Booked of ₹834.40 Crores. The company successfully booked 525 units during this quarter. Additionally, Ashiana Housing completed the conversion of 222 units out of a total of 280 units in Ashiana OMA, Jaipur, across Phase 1 and Phase 2. Handover processes also commenced for Ashiana Amarah, Gurugram Phase 1, and Ashiana Anmol, Gurugram, Phase 3, during Q2 FY27, indicating progress in project delivery.
