Ashika Credit Capital Renames to Ashika Global Securities

Ashika Credit Capital Ltd has officially changed its name to Ashika Global Securities Limited, effective from July 24, 2026. This rebranding is part of a composite scheme of amalgamation sanctioned by NCLT, Kolkata Bench. The company's trading symbol on BSE and NSE will also change from 'ASHIKA' to 'ASHIKAG' starting July 27, 2026, while the scrip code '543766' on BSE remains unchanged. All other corporate details, including CIN and registered office, will remain the same. Shareholders' rights are unaffected, and no action is required for those holding shares in demat form. Physical shareholders are advised to contact the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent for name updates on their certificates.
