Ashika Global Securities Closes Trading Window for Insider Trading

Ashika Global Securities Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's securities. This closure is effective from October 1st, 2026, and will continue until 48 hours after the announcement of the un-audited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30th, 2026. The company has implemented this measure in accordance with its Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. All insiders, including directors and designated employees, are prohibited from trading in the company's securities during this period.
