Ashima Ltd: Promoter Group Share Transfer of 29.99%

Shefali Chintan Parikh, a member of the Promoter Group of Ashima Limited, has acquired 5,74,80,000 equity shares, representing 29.991% of the company's share capital. This acquisition occurred on September 21, 2026, from Chintan Navnitlal Parikh and Shefali Chintan Parikh, Trustees of Navchintan Trust, via an inter-se transfer within the promoter group. The transfer was without consideration, by way of distribution from the Trust to its beneficiary, and is exempted from an open offer under SEBI (SAST) Regulations, 2011, specifically Regulation 10(1)(a)(i).
