Shefali Parikh Acquires 29.99% Stake in Ashima Ltd via Inter-se Transfer

Ashima Limited has disclosed an inter-se transfer of equity shares within its promoter group. Mrs. Shefali Chintan Parikh, a member of the promoter group, acquired 5,74,80,000 equity shares, representing 29.991% of the company's share capital. This acquisition occurred on September 21, 2026, from Chintan Navnitlal Parikh and Shefali Chintan Parikh, Trustees of Navchintan Trust, who are also part of the promoter group.
