Ashish Polyplast Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for promoters, directors, KMP, and other designated persons from Thursday, 1st January 2026 until 48 hours after the announcement of unaudited financial results for the quarter ended on 31st December 2025. This decision is in accordance with the company's Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by designated persons and their immediate relatives, as well as the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations) 2015, as amended. An email notification has been sent to all directors, promoters, KMP, statutory auditors, internal auditors, secretarial auditors, and their relatives as required by the SEBI (PIT) Regulations, and the records are maintained in soft copy.
