Ashish Polyplast Ltd Issues Trading Window Closure Notice

Ashish Polyplast Ltd has issued a trading window closure notice for directors, promoters, KMP, their immediate relatives, and other persons presumed to be insiders. The closure is in accordance with the company's Code of Conduct and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations) 2015. The trading window will remain closed from Wednesday, 1st April 2026, till the end of 48 hours after the announcement/declaration of audited/unaudited financial results for the quarter and year ending on 31st March 2026. Necessary email intimation has been given to every director, promoter, KMP, statutory auditors, internal auditors, secretarial auditors, and their relatives as per the requirements of SEBI (PIT) Regulations. The recipients are requested to take the same on their records and acknowledge the receipt.
