Ashnoor Textile Mills Ltd has announced changes in the composition of its Board Committees. The Audit Committee will now consist of Mr. Sanjay Arora as Chairman, Mrs.Divya Monga and Ms.Parul Aggarwal as members, and Mr.Naresh Kumar Aggarwal and Mr. Suneel Gupta as members. The Nomination and Remuneration Committee will be chaired by Mr. Sanjay Arora, with Mrs.Divya Monga, Ms.Parul Aggarwal, and Mr.Naresh Kumar Aggarwal as members. The Stakeholders Relationship Committee will be chaired by Mr. Sanjay Arora, with Mrs.Divya Monga, Mr.Suneel Gupta, and Mr.Naresh Kumar Aggarwal as members. The Corporate Social Responsibility Committee will be chaired by Mr. Sanjay Arora, with Mrs.Divya Aggarwal, Ms.Parul Aggarwal, Mr. Suneel Gupta, and Dr.(Mrs.)Sangeeta Gupta as members.
