Aeonx Digital Technology Ltd Board Approves Financial Results

Aeonx Digital Technology Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on November 3, 2026, approved the Unaudited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results for the second quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026. The board also took on record the Limited Review Reports from statutory auditors M/s. R A Kuvadia & Co. Additionally, the company will seek shareholder and regulatory approval to amend its Memorandum of Association by inserting two new object clauses related to developing and operating digital platforms for goods and services, and the development and deployment of AI/ML solutions and IoT devices.
