Ashoka Buildcon Extends Completion Date of Subsidiaries' Sale to Maple Infrastructure Trust

Ashoka Buildcon Ltd. has announced an extension of the completion date for the sale of stake in subsidiaries of Ashoka Concessions Limited (ACL). The sale was initially agreed upon with Maple Infrastructure Trust (formerly Indian Highway Concessions Trust) through share purchase agreements and other transaction documents. The subsidiaries involved are Ashoka Highways (Bhandara) Limited, Ashoka Highways (Durg) Limited, Ashoka Belgaum Dharwad Tollway Limited, Ashoka Sambalpur Baragarh Tollway Limited, and Ashoka Dhankuni Kharagpur Tollway Limited. The initial completion date was March 31, 2025, but due to ongoing completion of certain conditions precedent, the date has been extended to June 30, 2025.
