Ashoka Buildcon JV awarded Gems & Jewellery Park project for ₹112.40 Cr

Ashoka Buildcon Limited, as the lead member of a joint venture with a 51% stake, has been awarded the Development of Gems & Jewellery Park project in Raipur, Chhattisgarh by the Chhattishgarh State Industrial Development Corporation Limited (CSIDC). The company received a Letter of Acceptance for this Public Private Partnership (PPP) project. The accepted premium amount for the project is ₹112.40 Crore, with a lease period of 30 years, extendable up to 90 years, and a construction period of 5 years. The trading window for designated persons will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration.
