Ashoka Buildcon Ltd and Serneke International Limited Foreclose Drinking Water Project in Ivory Coast

Ashoka Buildcon Ltd and Serneke International Limited have mutually decided to foreclose the Construction of 100 drinking water wells and supply and installation of drinking water supply unit in 35 villages of Ivory Coast Project. The final closure of the Contract agreement was executed on September 19, 2025, and both parties have settled the short closure of the contract with no further obligations. There is no negative financial impact on Ashoka Buildcon Ltd.
