Ashoka Buildcon Subsidiary Sells Entire Share Capital in SPVs to Maple Infrastructure Trust

Ashoka Concessions Limited, a subsidiary of Ashoka Buildcon Limited, has sold its entire share capital held in five Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) to Maple Infrastructure Trust and its Nominees. The transaction is valued at Rs. 1814.42 Crores, subject to certain holdbacks. The sale includes Ashoka Highways (Bhandara) Limited, Ashoka Highways (Durg) Limited, Ashoka Belgaum Dharwad Tollway Limited, Ashoka Sambalpur Baragarh Tollway Limited, and Ashoka Dhankuni Kharagpur Tollway Limited.
