Ashoka Concessions Limited Extends Share Transfer Deadline to September 30, 2025

Ashoka Concessions Limited (ACL), a material unlisted subsidiary of Ashoka Buildcon Ltd, has extended the indicative date for completion of the sale of the entire share capital in its subsidiaries to September 30, 2025. This extension is due to a few conditions precedent that are still being completed. The subsidiaries involved in the transaction include Ashoka Highways (Bhandara) Limited, Ashoka Highways (Durg) Limited, Ashoka Belgaum Dharwad Tollway Limited, Ashoka Sambalpur Baragarh Tollway Limited, and Ashoka Dhankuni Kharagpur Tollway Limited. The initial deadline was March 31, 2025, which was extended to June 30, 2025, and now further extended to September 30, 2025, as agreed upon by ACL and the proposed investor, Maple Infrastructure Trust.
