Ashoka Metcast Board Approves Director Appointment, CFO Hire, Office Shift

Ashoka Metcast Ltd's Board of Directors convened on August 12, 2026, approving several key decisions. Mrs. Jhanvi Vikas Sethi was appointed as an Additional (Independent) Director, and Mr. Chandrakant Natubhai Chauhan as the new Chief Financial Officer. The board also approved the shifting of the company's registered office and the reconstitution of its Audit, Nomination & Remuneration, and Stakeholders Relationship Committees.
