Ashoka Metcast Closes Trading Window for Q1 FY27 Results

Ashoka Metcast Limited has announced the closure of its trading window in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The window will be shut from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. During this period, designated persons and their immediate relatives are prohibited from trading in the company's securities. The date for the board meeting to approve these financial results will be communicated separately.
