Ashram Online.Com Ltd Approves Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for Q3 & Nine Months Ended December 31, 2025

In accordance with Regulation 30, Regulation 33 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI Circular dated September 09, 2015, the Board of Directors of Ashram Online.Com Ltd, at their meeting held on February 12, 2026, approved the unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The meeting was held from 04:00 PM to 04:30 PM. The financial results along with the limited review report issued by M/s. Darpan & Associates, Chartered Accountants, Statutory Auditors of the Company, will be attached separately and published in a newspaper. The results will also be available on the company's website, www.ashramonline.in.
