This closure is in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's code of conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading. Directors, Designated Employees, Key Managerial Personnel, Promoters, and other connected persons are advised not to trade in securities of the Company during this period.
