
Asian Energy Services Reports 52% YoY Revenue Growth to Rs 465.0 Crores in FY25
Asian Energy Services Limited, a company specialising in servicing the energy and mining sector, has announced audited financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2025. The company reported a 52% YoY growth in total revenue, reaching Rs 465.0 crores. The profit after tax (PAT) also increased by 65% to Rs 42.2 crores. The company's EBITDA stood at Rs 72.3 crores with a margin of 15.5%, reflecting a strong improvement of 67% YoY. The total order book stands at ~ Rs 973 crore as on 31st March 2025. The company has also announced the acquisition of a 100% stake in Kuiper Group, UAE, for a total consideration of USS 9.25 million. The company proposes to establish an ESOP pool of 2% of equity capital and has declared a dividend of Rs 1, 10% of the face value, subject to shareholders’ approval.
