Thakkers Group Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on August 13, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026. In line with SEBI regulations, the company has closed its trading window for designated personnel from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the financial results are declared. This closure is to prevent insider trading during the sensitive period leading up to the financial results announcement.
