Thakkers Group Ltd Announces 58th AGM on Sep 30, 2026

Thakkers Group Ltd has announced its 58th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at 3:00 PM in Nashik. The meeting will cover ordinary business, including the adoption of the Audited Financial Statements for FY 2025-26 and the re-appointment of Mr. Chetan Giridharlal Batavia as a Director. Special business includes the appointment of M/s. Ashok Surana as Secretarial Auditors for a five-year term from FY 2026-27 to FY 2030-31. The Annual Report and AGM notice have been e-mailed to members, and the Register of Members and Share Transfer Book will be closed from September 24 to September 30, 2026, inclusive, for the purpose of the AGM.
