Arun Kumar Saraf, a promoter of Asian Hotels (East) Limited, has acquired 20,26,520 equity shares, representing 11.72% of the total share capital, through a gift from Mrs. Ratna Saraf. This transaction is an inter-se transfer among immediate relatives within the promoter group and is exempted from open offer requirements under SEBI (SAST) Regulations, 2011. The aggregate holding of the promoter and promoter group remains unchanged post-transaction.
