Board approves Q4/FY26 results, re-appoints CEO, appoints new CFO & CS

The Board of Directors of Asian Hotels (North) Limited met on May 28, 2026. Key approvals included the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, with an unmodified opinion from M/s GK. Choksi & Co. The Board also approved the re-appointment of Dr. Arun Gopal Agarwal as CEO & Executive Director for one year. Mr. Sunil Upadhyay resigned as CFO, effective May 31, 2026, and Mr. Sachin Goel was appointed as the new CFO from June 1, 2026.
