Sunil Upadhyay Appointed CFO of Asian Hotels (North) Ltd

Asian Hotels (North) Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Sunil Upadhyay as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the company, effective October 05, 2026. This decision was approved by the Board of Directors during their meeting held on the same date, following recommendations from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mr. Upadhyay brings over 27 years of experience, including 25 years in Project Finance for a Government of India undertaking. He previously served as CFO of Asian Hotels (North) Ltd for approximately two years and has since been associated with the company as Chief Manager – Corporate Affairs.
