Asian Hotels (West) Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window from 1st April 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of audited financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2026. This decision is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's 'Code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading in Securities of the Company'. The date of the Board Meeting for consideration of the Audited Financial Results will be intimated in due course.
