Asian Hotels (West) Promoters to Gift 2 Lakh Shares

Asian Hotels (West) Ltd has received a revised disclosure regarding an inter-se promoter transfer of 200,000 equity shares. Vinita Gupta will gift these shares to Sandeep Gupta, both belonging to the promoter group. This transaction is exempt from an open offer under Regulation 10(1)(a) of SEBI (SAST) Regulations, 2011, as it is an inter-se transfer by way of gift without consideration. The proposed transfer date is on or after September 28, 2026. Post-acquisition, Sandeep Gupta's shareholding will increase from 16.32% to 18.04%, while Vinita Gupta's stake will become nil.
