Asian Paints and PPG Group Extend Joint Venture Partnership for 15 More Years in India

Asian Paints Ltd. and the PPG Group have executed Supplementary Joint Venture Agreements, extending their partnership for another 15 years. The joint venture companies, PPG Asian Paints Private Limited and Asian Paints PPG Private Limited, will continue to serve the country's industrial, protective, marine, packaging, automotive, and powder coatings customers with industry-leading solutions. This renewal does not have a material impact on the Company and does not affect its management and control.
