Asian Paints Appoints SRBC & Co. LLP as Statutory Auditors

Asian Paints Ltd announced that its shareholders, at the 80th Annual General Meeting held on July 9, 2026, have approved the appointment of SRBC & Co. LLP as the company's statutory auditors. SRBC & Co. LLP will serve for a term of five consecutive years, from the conclusion of the 80th AGM until the conclusion of the 85th AGM. This appointment follows the cessation of Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP, who completed their maximum two five-year terms. SRBC & Co. LLP has provided the necessary consent and eligibility certificates as per regulatory requirements.
