Trading Window Closure Announced by Asian Petroproducts & Exports Ltd

Asian Petroproducts & Exports Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The closure will be effective from 1st April, 2026 for all designated persons identified under the Company's Code of Conduct. The trading window is set to open 48 hours after the announcement of the Financial Results for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2026, following approval by the Board of Directors in the forthcoming Board Meeting. The date of the Board Meeting will be informed separately.
