IBM Finance and Investment Private Limited Acquires Asian Tea & Exports Ltd. Shares Through Scheme of Amalgamation

IBM Finance and Investment Private Limited, through a scheme of amalgamation, has acquired the entire shareholding of Greenex Chemicals Private Limited in Asian Tea & Exports Limited. The acquisition took place on 10.03.2026, following the merger of Greenex Chemicals Private Limited with IBM Finance and Investment Private Limited, as sanctioned by the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Kolkata Bench on 19 June, 2025. This acquisition marks IBM Finance and Investment Private Limited's entry into the Asian Tea & Exports Limited shareholding structure.
