ASK Automotive Reports Strong Q2 & H1 FY2025-26 Performance: Revenue Growth Up, EBITDA & PAT Increase

ASK Automotive Limited, India’s largest brake shoe and Advanced Braking Systems manufacturer for two-wheelers, has reported its financial results for the second quarter and half year ended 30 September, 2025. The company saw a revenue growth of 16.6% (excluding Wheel Assembly business) in Q2 FY26, and a consolidated revenue growth of 8.5% YOY. The Advanced Braking Systems business vertical revenue grew by 10%, Aluminium Light Weighting Precision Solutions revenue by 22%, and Safety Control Cables revenue by 2% on YoY basis. The company achieved the highest quarterly EBITDA of Rs. 142 Crore, recording +19.5% YoY growth, and highest quarterly PAT of Rs. 80 Crore with +18.6% YoY growth. The EPS increased to Rs. 4.05 against Rs. 3.41 in the same period last year; up +18.6% YoY.
