ASM Technologies: A Year of Progress and Transformation in Design-Led Manufacturing

ASM Technologies Limited had a successful FY25, marked by steady progress and transformation in Design-Led Manufacturing (DLM). The company recorded standalone revenue of INR 2,397.73 million and consolidated revenue of INR 2,888.10 million. A significant achievement was the acquisition of Semcon Engineering Private Limited in the UK, expanding ASM's international presence. The company also signed an MoU with the Government of Karnataka, committing an investment of INR 510 crore to expand ESDM-related DLM and precision engineering capabilities. Two new state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities at Dabaspet (Karnataka) and Sriperumbudur (Tamil Nadu) became operational, enhancing ASM's scale and ability to deliver value-added, high-quality manufacturing to global customers. Despite challenges, these strategic steps provide a strong foundation for sustainable growth in the years to come.
