ASM Technologies Acquires Remaining 30% Stake in RV Forms and Gears LLP for Rs. 2.15 Crs

ASM Technologies Limited, a publicly listed company in India with over three decades of experience in Engineering Services and Design-Led Manufacturing (DLM), has approved the acquisition of the remaining 30% stake in RV Forms and Gears LLP. This acquisition, costing Rs. 2.15 crs, results in ASM Technologies now holding a 100% stake in RV Forms and Gears LLP, which has been a subsidiary of ASM since acquiring a 70% stake earlier. RV Forms and Gears, a fixture builder with over 50 years of experience, is known for providing complete manufacturing and work holding solutions from concept to implementation for the transportation and hi-tech industry. The full acquisition aligns with ASM’s strategic focus on expanding its DLM capabilities and increasing its core interest in this area.
