Aspira Pathlab Acquires Aspira DNA Diagnostics Gujarat LLP for Approx. Rs. 16,00,000

Aspira Pathlab & Diagnostics Ltd has executed a Business Transfer Agreement (BTA) with Aspira DNA Diagnostics Gujarat LLP for acquiring 100% of its stake in the LLP. The transaction is a related party transaction, executed at the Arm’s Length Price. The expected date of completion of sale/disposal is tentatively three (3) months from the date of the agreement. The amount received from the sale/disposal is approximately Rs. 16,00,000. Aspira Pathlab & Diagnostics Limited will be acquiring all the assets and liabilities of Aspira DNA Diagnostics Gujarat LLP.
