Aspira Pathlab to Raise Up to ₹65 Cr Via Rights Issue

Aspira Pathlab & Diagnostics Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on September 12, 2026, approved a proposal to raise funds not exceeding ₹65 crore through a Rights Issue. The issue will be offered to eligible equity shareholders as of a to-be-notified record date. The rights issue may involve equity or other convertible instruments. A dedicated Rights Issue Committee has been constituted to manage the process, including setting the issue price, entitlement ratio, and appointing intermediaries.
