Assam Entrade Appoints Secretarial Auditors, Regularizes Director Appointment

Assam Entrade Ltd announced at its 41st Annual General Meeting held on September 25, 2026, the appointment of HKS & Associates LLP as Secretarial Auditors for a term of five years starting FY 2026-27. Additionally, the members approved the regularization of Mr. Sunil Kumar Gupta's appointment as a Non-Executive Independent Director, effective August 26, 2026, for a term of up to five years or until the AGM in 2031, whichever is earlier. Mr. Gupta is not debarred from holding a director position by any authority.
