Shreyansh Gupta Acquires 3.14% Stake in Assam Entrade Ltd via Gift

Shreyansh Gupta has acquired 45,136 equity shares, representing approximately 3.14% of the total share capital, in Assam Entrade Limited. The acquisition was made through an off-market transfer via a gift deed between members of the company. Following this transaction, Gupta's total holding in Assam Entrade Limited increased to 49,943 shares, or approximately 3.47% of the total share capital. The total equity share capital of the company remains unchanged at 14,397,900 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
