ARCIL Appoints Satyendra Kumar Singh as Non-Executive Nominee Director

Asset Reconstruction Company (India) Limited (ARCIL) has announced the appointment of Mr. Satyendra Kumar Singh as a Non-Executive - Nominee Director. The appointment was approved by the Board of Directors on September 1, 2026, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) granted its approval on October 30, 2026. Mr. Singh's term will not exceed five years, subject to shareholder approval. He is currently the Chief Credit Officer and Chief Sustainability Officer at State Bank of India and has extensive experience in credit policy, corporate client relationships, and international banking operations. He also serves as a Nominee Director for SBI on the Board of NeSL.
